Glen Grimm

joined the Westover Job Corps Center team after 36 years in manufacturing maintenance. He also is an affiliate of the Home Builders Institute. He started his teaching career at Lincoln Technical School. Now, as an instructor at Westover, he feels the Advanced Training HVAC program has had a lot of success since it began in 2021. The HVAC program has an extremely high completion and placement rate, which Glen feels is a result of the ambitious standards set for his students.
